Architecture that leaves room for the view.

Quiet Shore in British Columbia

Architecture that leaves room for the view.

A concrete canopy stretches towards the coast. Beneath it, a continuous glazed edge holds the living space between warm oak and the open water.

Material weight and visual lightness are held in balance. The concrete roof creates shade, the oak soffit brings warmth, and the glass establishes a clear line without closing the room to the landscape. Every junction is designed to keep this balance intact.
